We cover permanent and contract positions across the entire drug development cycle from discovery and development right through to commercialisation, and support a range of clients in the biotech, medtech, digital health, medical device and pharmaceutical space.
As we emerge out of the other side of the pandemic we are in a really strong position to work on the next phase of the company’s development and strategic growth and as a result, we are now looking to add experienced 360 consultants to join the business in both our Permanent and Contract teams.

We are looking for established 360 recruiters with experience in the Life Sciences and Pharma space to come in and make an impact from day one. Being a recruitment consultant is more than just filling jobs (although, that is pretty key!). It’s about going there, reaching out to new clients, forging relationships and being a true expert in your field so that you can bring your expertise to market and be the ‘go-to’ consultant in your vertical.
We want you to be an expert and provide advice, solutions and knowledge to both candidate and clients
You will be interested and take the time to keeps informed about skills, trends and changes within your market
Have an in-depth knowledge of clients and competitors within the market
Acting as a primary contact when delivering excellent service to clients and candidates and setting the pace across the business by meeting revenue and business growth targets
Mentoring more junior members of the business on day to day activity and day planning
Be an adept systems user and keep the CRM updated (we use Bullhorn, it is brilliant!)
What we'd like from you
Ideally degree-educated (but we won't discount you if you don't have one!)
Experience in working the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
Tangible business development experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
An ambitious and passionate team player
