One of the leading biotechnology companies in Oncology is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team and continue the journey to help oncology specialists in their quest to see more, reach further and treat smarter.

Account Management

*Ensure effective execution of company strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area
*Develop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to customer, account and geographic context
*Identify key decision makers and buying influences for the use of our products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory
*Develop relationships with KOLs to support the promotion and expansion of use of the products in the disease areas in which they are approved
*Understanding process of delivering results in a multi stakeholder model to effect changes in policy and practice
*Provide in field clinical training and ongoing clinical education with physicians, key clinical personnel as well as internal and external employees and facilitate onsite training and subject matter clinical expertise to optimize patient safety and outcomes
*Secure hospital and regional formularies and referrals through exceptional selling skills
*Review and analyse data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goals

Education and Experience

*Substantial Pharmaceutical industry experience required with evidence of demonstrated success in a hospital/institutional Pharmaceutical sales position within the Oncology area
*Evidence of delivering results in a multi stakeholder model to effect changes in policy and practice
*Proven successful sales track record
*Possesses a deep understanding of the reimbursement and fulfilment pathways for medications
*Minimum of BS/BA degree in life sciences or business
