HR Process Improvement Manager ( Contract role )

Start date: 08/02/2021 to 07/11/2021

Location: Uxbridge/Cambridge (will be home based - due to Covid restrictions) Flexible to travel - the team is split across both sites

Knowledge and Capabilities:

- Previous experience of HR process improvement / HR Shared Service Centre leadership
and coaching
- Proven change management capability, with a focus on process
- Results oriented and goal driven, with strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong computer literacy with all MS Office applications, Workday and SAP
- Excellent relationship building, credibility and influencing skills at all levels, both local and remote in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret data, creating information to inform business decisions

Knowledge
* Understanding of pharmaceutical industry landscape preferred

Basic Qualifications
* Degree level qualification
* CIPD or other HR qualification preferred

Job Role:

To create HR process efficiencies across all UK/Ire HR disciplines so that the company UK/Ire staff experience HR operational service excellence, and improve HR team efficiency through streamlined process improvement

To ensure best in class front line HR service to all UK / Ire client groups through:
Ensuring all UK/Ire HR processes, policies and data sources are optimised for efficiency, accurate and fit for purpose
Providing and promoting a culture of coaching and continuous feedback across the team in relation to process improvement and service delivery
Ensuring seamless process collaboration with all UK/Ire HR sub functions, and
Leveraging regional HR resource and technology

Key Accountabilities:

Policy and Process Improvement
To review and evaluate all UK/Ire HR processes and policies (including those across multiple HR disciplines), identifying key priorities and making relevant improvements to ensure operational excellence and legislative compliance as well as ensuring they are fit for purpose
