An innovative company offering syndicated services to a broad client base has been investing in product development, with strong support from sales and marketing functions, and have succeeded in working with some of the largest pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the world. The success of these initiatives has resulted in significant growth in both revenue and overall size of the business, hence a new job opportunity for a Director has arisen, who'll get to lead global complex projects and work directly with the CEO and Commercial Lead in driving the success of the consultancy side of the business.

This is a high-level, client facing role, perfect for a professional that is highly driven, enjoys solving client-centric challenges and is able to demonstrate exceptionally strong project management skills.

You will be working closely with sales to create proposals and agreeing costs to meet needs of the clients. You'll be proactively identifying further opportunities, from developing new solutions for the business and individual clients through to recognising additional activities within individual projects.

You will be leading a team responsible for complex forecasting projects, resolving ongoing short and long-term forecasting challenges, and will be responsible for quality control for the project while delivering model testing. The role requires a close working relationship with senior stakeholders, with whom you'll be identifying client requirements to scope and design the overall project.

Ideally, you are a senior professional with around 10 years of exposure to pharmaceutical projects, who's used to working on activities such as model population, scenario running, secondary data analysis, application of forecasting techniques and forecasting cycles. A scientific background is a must, as well as someone who enjoys travelling and working autonomously while leading a team of people.

This role offers a competitive salary based on experience with enhanced pension contribution, annual bonus, and employee benefits. It is a full-time opportunity with possibility to have a mix between home and office work.
