About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join a renowned global biotechnology company based in Switzerland.
You would be joining the company at a time of continuing expansion, working with colleagues across the global offices to help ensure final efficient communication and operational support.

Your key responsibilities will include:
*Lead regional customer experience set up (including platforms, CRM systems, implementation of tools across customer experience assessment)
*Support the tracking across the regional commercial plan (online and offline)
*Follow up with monthly brand plans with the team
*Maintain and develop strong relations with other functional areas of the business

Qualifications and technical requirements:

*Degree in life science and/or business / marketing
*Confirmed branding/product management experience - ideally in an international environment
*Ability to work in a cross functional commercial environment
*Analytical skills and an entrepreneurial approach to spot and act on opportunities to drive increased performance.
*Experience in stakeholder management with executive level sales and marketing leaders; this includes regular reporting and communications including facilitation of workshops to gather feedback and recommendations for improvement.
*Demonstrable experience with marketing automation tool integration.
*Works well in deadline driven environment and stressful situations
*Strong project management skills
*Experience in managing marketing agencies
*Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
*Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
*Ability to interact with the senior leadership team
