As we emerge out of the other side of the pandemic, we are in a strong position to work on the next phase of the company's development and strategic growth and as a result we are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team. Previous experience in a compliance related/ recruitment sector role is essential.

In support of the Compliance Manager, you will be a link between the business, clients, and contractors in finalising deal information from submission of placement to invoicing of client. Hence, your role will include but not be limited to be:
-Communicating with client and candidate to verify deal information, liaising with other parties as and when appropriate.
-Obtaining all relevant documentation (ID, limited company registration, VAT registration, Opt-out information etc) and attaching within Bullhorn Chasing where this is not forthcoming.
-Checking on Companies House (or International equivalent) to ensure that we have correct company information for both client and contractor's limited company. Liaising with accounts department and providing company details to ensure that all Bullhorn accounts information are correct for that placement.
-Updating the Bullhorn system with clear, detailed notes as to actions taken and reasons
-Raising and issuing contracts - in coordination with the Compliance Manager to ensure that all criteria have been met - as swiftly as possible to ensure excellent service delivery.
-Chasing outstanding contracts and attaching returned paperwork onto the system.
-Ensuring that returned contracts are countersigned by sales Directors, returned to relevant parties promptly and systems correctly updated to reflect this.
-Updating Clients' Portal such as Fieldglass according to the notifications received.
-Contacting House contractors as part of the Contractor Care process
-Liaising with Compliance Manager to gain agreement on changes and guidance regarding Clients or Contractors' queries that may arise.
-Must have experience within the recruitment industry raising contracts and onboarding candidates.
-Has knowledge of Bullhorn and Fieldglass - highly advantageous.
-Enjoys liaising with people and has excellent communication skills.
-Is a keen problem solver, able to work efficiently within a team or on their own, and can prioritise a varied workload.
