About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lead to join a global pharmaceutical business in Belgium.
You would be joining the company at a time of continuing expansion, working with colleagues across the global offices to help ensure the launch of a new area of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
*Lead the launch team in the refinement and execution of the brand strategy
*Conduct the local launch and resolve all issues that arise
*Partner with all other areas of the company to ensure clear communication
*Identify local market opportunities
*Recruitment and hiring responsibilities
*Drive development of the company and brand
*Create the commercial and strategic marketing plans
*Work across sales and market forecasts to identify new business
*Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and technical requirements:
*Recent Oncology experience
*Demonstrable and meaningful commercial leadership experience in the BeLux, either in a broader commercial or sales and marketing leadership roles
*Successful track record of overseeing product launches in the BeLux, within the Oncology therapeutic area
*Deep understanding of BeLux Healthcare environment
*Strong and robust professional network
*Confirmed branding/product management experience - ideally in an international environment
*Ability to work in a cross functional commercial environment
*Experience in stakeholder management
*Works well in deadline driven environment and stressful situations
