As we emerge out of the other side of the pandemic, we are in a really strong position to work on the next phase of the company’s development and strategic growth. Consequentially, we are looking to add an experienced Contract Associate Director to the business.
The role of the Associate Director is a hands-on strategic development role. You will report to the Sales and Delivery Director and have responsibility for all the Contract consultants in the business as well as bringing in new talent and growing the team. This role is not only about increasing the output of those in your team and enabling them to diversify their skills, but also about being an ambassador for SEC Recruitment and leading from the front on all recruitment activities, planning and training.
You will set sales targets for all consultants and managers within your division
You will direct, motivate and inspire a division within the company to achieve short, medium, and long-term goals in line with the wider business plans
You will have shared responsibility for the strategic direction of the division
You will have full P&L ownership of the contract function
You will be available to attend key client-facing meetings and to participate in tender processes and P&L reviews
Skills and Experience:
You will have previously been a successful contract 360 consultant having worked the full recruitment life-cycle in the life sciences industry or a similarly regulated vertical
Experience leading successful teams and hands-on training and development of consultants from entry-level and above
You will have a proven and sustained track record of successful billings as a consultant
You will have a track record of developing and managing top billers and of creating succession within a recruitment team
Experience of recruitment within the life sciences sector is preferred but not essential. We will consider applications from other white-collar specialist markets including but not limited to tech, finance, automotive and aviation
