What are the qualities we look for?

We're looking for an individual with excellent people skills and communication skills, and someone that can confidently sell themselves and SEC. We want you to look to step outside of your comfort zone, and demonstrate a drive to succeed in a results-driven atmosphere. For more detail on what we think makes a top recruiter, visit our blog.
