Due to creation of a new team, an unique opportunity is available to a Quality Assurance expert with experience in Supplier Management and Audit in the area of medical devices/ combination products to join a global pharmaceutical company in one of their key manufacturing sites in south of Germany.
In your role you will be the point of contact for a portfolio of medical devices suppliers and maintain relationships with internal customers and external partners
Throughout the inspections/ audits, you will be in charge of ensuring that they are per-formed according to the quality standards established by the company and, at the same time, you will make sure that the suppliers are compliant with the GMP standards. Furthermore, you will create the audit plan as well as coordinate and prepare the quality assurance agreements with the suppliers. In addition, this role includes the management of supplier issues, like deviations or change controls.
Suitable candidates will have a relevant degree in life sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Mi-crobiology, Biotechnology or equivalent), experience with health authority inspections and customer/ supplier audits as well as solid knowledge of medical device and combination product regulations, standards and guidelines. The main communication language is English, so even though it would be an advantage German is not mandatory for this role.
