Experienced Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant – London, Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission, First Year OTE £60,000 SEC Recruitment Ltd are a successful, established recruitment firm providing specialist recruitment services for a range of corporate blue chip clients within IT and Pharmaceuticals. Working across a variety of sectors and vertical markets, SEC Recruitment Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary of the RDL Corporation operating across the UK and Europe and have an excellent reputation for providing consultative recruitment solutions for their growing client and candidate base. Working within our highly successful Pharmaceutical brand, SEC Pharma, you will be responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships. Most of your work will be telephone based, with occasional face to face meetings, so you must have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies, both interpersonally and over the telephone. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with our extensive candidate and client database which has been developed over the past 5 years. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs, organising interviews and managing your own advertising. Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude alongside excellent communication skills to deal with the top decision makers throughout Europe. This fast paced and challenging environment demands that candidates be assertive, independent and are able to work under their own initiative. A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential as is the ability to influence and motivate others. You will ideally be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience and a demonstrable history of success in achieving and exceeding targets. Experienced, strong non graduates with excellent communication skills will be considered as will those who have industry experience within Pharmaceuticals or Clinical Trials. An additional European Language would be a distinct advantage. A thorough and continuous training programme is in place to build and develop your already comprehensive recruitment knowledge as well as refining those existing skills, enabling you to become an increasingly successful recruitment professional.
