You will be based in our West End Offices and join our highly successful Business intelligence team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a specialist in your field as you will be charged with growing a busy market and guiding its direction with no geographical restrictions to limit your earning potential. Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude alongside excellent communication skills to deal with the top decision makers throughout Europe. You will ideally be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience and a demonstrable history of success in achieving and exceeding targets. An additional European language would be a distinct advantage. Experienced, strong non graduates with excellent communication skills will be considered. We provide an excellent basic and one of the most generous commission structures available with no threshold or cap on commission.
